Extension set up guide

Step 1

Sign up (recommended)

Signing up will let you:

• Save and sync your filter settings between devices and browsers.
• Track your progress over time.
• Save your journal entries from potential deletion and browse them on our dashboard.

Step 2

Set your filters up

If you've signed up:

• Go to your filter settings page
• Fill out the form with all the websites you want to be mindful of.
• If you have the extension installed, pressing "Save site filters" will sync your settings with the extension automatically!

Otherwise:

• Go to your extension options page by clicking on the icon in your browser toolbar and clicking "extension options".
• Fill out the form with all the websites you want to be mindful of in the settings that show up.

Step 3

Test & troubleshoot

My sites aren't being filtered

Try adding and removing a filter from your filter settings page.

I've lost my filter settings

If you've signed up, visit your filter settings page and they will automatically be synced to your extension.

Otherwise, you will have to manually re-enter them again.
